Event Tickets

All event tickets are non-refundable. If the event is canceled and is not rescheduled, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Additional information available in Terms & Conditions. 

 

Merch/Products

We accept returns on all products up to 30 days after delivery of item, if the item is unused and in its original condition. 
We will issue a full refund or store credit at the discretion of the customer. The refund/store credit amount will be the order minus the shipping cost.  For packages that are opened/used we will issue a store credit for exchange or purchase of a different item(s).

Sale priced items are considered “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with a photo of the item as soon as possible at info@boujeewook.world with your order number in the subject line. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution for our customers.
